We would advise that you speak to our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This is a support service within the hospital that will listen to your feedback and assist with your query.

We have a number of ways you can stay in touch with loved ones who are in the hospital, including sending in letters, arranging video calls and playing messages and songs on the QA Hospital radio.

Need to cancel an appointment?
