Delivering Excellence – supporting everyone to improve
Delivering Excellence is how we deliver our strategy. It is a way of working that will enable you to problem solve and make changes within a framework that are aligned to our strategic aims, true norths and strategic initiatives. We want to focus our efforts around these aims and make improvements for our staff and our patients.
Delivering Excellence is for everyone. It brings staff, patients and service users together to continuously improve the care we provide. This is about giving people closest to the problem, the time, permission, skills and resources to make improvements happen in their area of work. This approach is supported by mechanisms, routines and behaviours that make improvement part of everyone’s work, every day, at every level of the Trust.
